EPHRAIM, Utah-McCaden Adams posted 23 points on 9-13 and 4-8 from range as the No. 10 Snow Badgers clobbered Yavapai (Ariz.) 117-64 Monday in non-conference men’s basketball play at the Horne Activity Center. Jason Parent’s 15 points and 5 rebounds led the Roughriders in defeat. The Badgers shot just under 70 percent from the floor and 61 percent from range in the win.

District Championship

THATCHER, Ariz.-Cami Christiansen netted nine kills and the Snow Badgers outlasted Eastern Arizona 3-2 to win the District Championship Monday at Guitteau Gymnasium. Ryen Smith’s 14 kills led the Gila Monsters in defeat. The Badgers prevailed 21-25, 21-25, 25-18, 27-25, 15-8.
