ESCALANTE, Utah-The Wayne Badgers swept Escalante 3-0 in Region 20 girls volleyball play Thursday. The Badgers prevailed 25-22, 25-12, 25-16 to earn the straight sets victory. Taylie Carlisle and Rylee Frei netted two kills apiece in defeat for the Moquis.
