(Beaver, UT) — A man has died after being hit by a semi on Interstate 15 in Beaver. The Utah Highway Patrol says the man had pulled to the side of the road on I-15 South near mile marker 112 on Friday afternoon. After lifting the hood on his vehicle, the man reportedly stepped onto the highway and was hit by a tractor-trailer. He was pronounced dead after he was transported to Beaver Valley Hospital. The crash is still being investigated.
