BEAVER, Utah-Raider Blomquist and Noah Webb homered and the Beaver Beavers pounded Water Canyon 22-1 Friday in the first game of a 2A West baseball doubleheader. Andrew Hollingshead posted four strikeouts in two innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Beavers.
BEAVER, Utah-Noah Wolff homered and the Beaver Beavers completed a 2A West baseball doubleheader sweep of Water Canyon Friday by prevailing 21-5 over the Wildcats. David Smith posted four strikeouts in two innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Beavers. Adam Hammon, Daniel Cox and Wallace Cooke drove in a run apiece in defeat for Water Canyon.

CASTLE DALE, Utah-Kallee Lake posted five strikeouts in seven innings of work and the Emery Spartans downed North Sanpete 3-1 Friday in Region 12 softball play. Shea Rawlinson drove in a run in the loss for the Hawks.
2A South
BEAVER, Utah-The Beaver Beavers downed Water Canyon 24-3 in the first game of a 2A South softball doubleheader Friday.
BEAVER, Utah-Taylee Ashworth homered twice and the Beaver Beavers pounded Water Canyon 19-0 Friday to complete a 2A South softball doubleheader sweep of the Wildcats. Whitlee Marshall posted three strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Beavers.
Non-Region
MILFORD, Utah-Hadley Mecham drove in three runs and the Altamont Longhorns edged Milford 11-10 in the first game of a non-region softball doubleheader Friday. Kiley Crapo posted 15 strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for Altamont. Stahley Beebe drove in two runs in the loss for the Tigers.

Crapo recorded 12 strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Longhorns. Jaidyn McMullin, Miley Willden, Whitney Wiseman, Hadley Griffiths, Kloee Dotson and Lydia George drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Tigers.

MANTI, Utah-Tommy Bridges and Luis Ornelas each scored and the Manti Templars blanked Carbon 2-0 in Region 12 boys soccer play Friday. Branson Cherry recorded the shutout in the net for Manti.
