Snow Basketball Star Isaac Finlinson Named NJCAA National Player of The Year

EPHRAIM, Utah-Snow men’s basketball star sophomore forward Isaac Finlinson was named the NJCAA National Player of the Year Friday.

Finlinson, the first Badger to receive this award, was also named as an NJCAA First-Team All-American.

He is the first Snow star to receive this honor since Zach Hunsaker in 2017.

Finlinson, a former Dixie High School star out of St. George, Utah, recorded 18.7 points and 6.6 rebounds per game this season for the Badgers.

Finlinson connected on 52 percent of his shot attempts on the season while leading Snow to a 32-2 record.

Finlinson also earned JUCO Jam National Player of the year honors for his contributions to the Badgers’ success this season.
