ST. GEORGE, Utah-Connor Cowan homered and the Juab Wasps drilled Class 4A Cedar 7-1 Friday at the Desert Hills Classic at Desert Hills High School. Madix Stowell, Jimmy Larson and Kai Hansen also drove in a run apiece in victory for the Wasps. Austin Park recorded 10 strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Juab.

Luke Marostica and Kai Hansen added and additional RBI apiece in the win for the Wasps. Hansen posted three strikeouts in two innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Wasps. Porter (Wrigs) Cluff drove in a run in the loss for the Aviators.
Red, White and Blue Tournament @ Crimson Cliffs High School
WASHINGTON CITY, Utah-Asher Slack and Price Atwood drove in a pair of runs and the Canyon View Falcons bested Kanab 6-4 Friday at the Red, White and Blue Tournament. Kannon Virostko, Walker Baird, Brady Ramsay and Cooper Anderson drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Cowboys.
KANAB, Utah-Walker Baird recorded the game-winning RBI single in the bottom of the 8th Inning as the Kanab Cowboys doubled up Class 4A Tooele Friday at the Red, White and Blue Tournament. Zachary Warino also drove in a run in the win for the Cowboys. Kyan Lyman posted 11 strikeouts in eight innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Cowboys. Carson Freeman drove in a run in the loss for the Buffaloes.
Region 12
DELTA, Utah-Jess Curtis, Fisher Jenson and Kelby Rickenbach drove in two runs apiece and the Richfield Wildcats routed Delta 10-2 in Region 12 baseball play Friday. Malik Fautin, Hayden Reed, Bridger Vincent and Porter Brower drove in an additional run apiece in the win for Richfield. Ashton Stefanoff and Kyler Davies drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Rabbits.
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-Rydge Butler, Mike Vigil, Tyrus Madsen, Logan Bennett and Kanyon Grant drove in a run apiece and the Carbon Dinos walloped North Sanpete 11-4 Friday in Region 12 baseball play. Vigil netted a strikeout in three innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Dinos. Aaron Costello and Wyatt Williams drove in a run apiece in defeat for the Hawks.
2A East
SALINA, Utah-Caleb Thompson and Payson Davis drove in three runs apiece and the Duchesne Eagles pummeled North Sevier 17-1 in 2A East baseball play Friday. Connor Karren posted three strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Eagles. Kade Harward drove in a run in defeat for the Wolves.
GUNNISON, Utah-Braxton Pickett homered and the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs edged Grand 6-5 Friday in 2A East baseball play. Daxton Knudsen and Landry Edwards drove in an additional run apiece in victory for the Bulldogs. Edwards posted five strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Gunnison Valley. Caden Swasey homered in the loss for the Red Devils.
2A West
MONROE, Utah-Kanyon Okerlund and Ryker Freeman drove in a run apiece and the South Sevier Rams doubled up Enterprise 2-1 Friday in 2A West baseball play. Aiden Emmett drove in a run in the loss for the Wolves.
FILLMORE, Utah-Zach Higgins drove in two runs and Dawson Jensen and Hunter Stott drove in an additional run apiece as the Millard Eagles waxed Parowan 7-4 in 2A West baseball play Friday. Jensen posted eight strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Millard. Josh Waller drove in two runs in the loss for the Rams.

NEPHI, Utah-Autumn Oldroyd, Rylee Stewart and Kaecee Johnson homered and North Sanpete pounded Juab 17-1 in Region 12 softball play Friday. Aspen Bagshaw drove in two more runs in victory for the Hawks and Mylee Cook, Shea Rawlinson, Brooklyn Larson and Annie Madsen drove in an additional run apiece in the win for North Sanpete. Rawlinson netted two strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Hawks. Dusti Draper drove in a run in the loss for the Wasps.
CEDAR CITY, Utah-Macie Barton and Sydnei Christensen each homered and the Richfield Wildcats bested Canyon View 7-3 Friday in Region 12 softball play. Jaycee McKinlay drove in another run in victory for Richfield. Kolbi Viers posted a strikeout in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for Richfield. Nikelle Aiken and Elli John drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Falcons.
MANTI, Utah-Carlie Rasmussen homered and the Manti Templars blanked Carbon 9-0 in Region 12 softball play Friday. Hannah Daniels, Aidali Orozco and Avery Thompson drove in a run apiece in the win for the Templars. Orozco netted three strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for Manti.
CASTLE DALE, Utah-Elli Stoker drove in two runs and the Emery Spartans blanked Delta 10-0 Friday in Region 12 softball play. Elly Stilson, Bailey Luke and Kaitlyn Thomas drove in an additional run apiece in victory for the Spartans. Kallee Lake posted six strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win in the circle for Emery.

FILLMORE, Utah-Emily Stephenson homered and the Millard Eagles pounded Parowan 11-1 in 2A South softball play Friday. Brynlee Deem drove in four runs in victory for Millard and Brooklin Reid added two more RBI in the win for the Eagles. Josie Aleman drove in another run in victory for Millard. Macie Wade posted seven strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Eagles. Erika Kelly drove in a run in the loss for the Rams.

Here is how Mid-Utah Media Sports Network athletes fared at the Pine View Invitational Track and Field meet Friday at Pine View High School: Gage Yardley of Richfield tied for 8th in the boys 100 (11:08) Yardley also placed 5th in the boys high jump (21-10.5) Jace Milberger of Juab placed 8th in the boys discus.
