Region 20 Tournament 1st Round
JUNCTION, Utah-Jaidyn McMullin posted 23 points and the No. 5 Milford Tigers edged No. 4 Piute 53-51 Thursday in the first round of the Region 20 tournament. Amy Morgan’s 19 points led the Thunderbirds in the loss. The Tigers next face No. 1 Wayne Friday at 2:30 pm in the winner’s bracket of the Region 20 tournament.
ORDERVILLE, Utah-Andee Anderson netted 10 points and the No. 3 Valley Buffalos tripped up No. 6 Bryce Valley 44-33 in the first round of the Region 20 tournament Thursday. Cashae Tebbs led the Mustangs in the loss with 11 points.
PANGUITCH, Utah-The No. 2 Panguitch Bobcats clobbered No. 7 Escalante 75-31 Thursday in the first round of the Region 20 tournament.
