EPHRAIM, Utah-Isaac Finlinson recorded 24 points and 5 rebounds on 7-12 from the field and the No. 1 Snow Badgers overcame a slow start to down Colorado Northwestern 98-84 Thursday at the Horne Activity Center in SWAC men’s basketball play. The Badgers shot 59 percent in the 2nd half and 50 percent for the game. Tyler Christensen’s game-high 31 points on 9-14 from the field and 6-8 from range led the Spartans in the loss.

EPHRAIM, Utah-Kiriana Hawaikiranga posted 15 points and 9 rebounds on 3-5 from range as the Snow Badgers downed Colorado Northwestern 68-57 Thursday in SWAC women’s basketball play at the Horne Activity Center. Makenzie Castille netted 16 points and 6 rebounds on 6-11 from the field and 4-8 behind the arc in the loss for the Spartans.
