(St. George, UT) — Utahns don’t need to check the mailbox today. The U.S. Postal Service said it would not be delivering mail today as part of the National Day of Mourning for former President Jimmy Carter. All other federal offices will be closed, too, as a funeral is held for Carter in Washington, D.C. Residents of the Beehive State should also check times of local businesses and banks, just in case. Carter died last month at the age of 100.
