Just before 9:30 a.m. on June 25, UHP officers, Juab EMS, Utah State Parks and Levan Fire department responded to an agricultural accident involving a juvenile near Levan in Juab County. According to a press release from the Juab County Sheriff’s Office the accident “involved a juvenile that passed away.” It was also shared that out of respect to the family no other information will be released at this time.
