(Parowan, UT) — An Iron County teenager is out of the hospital after crashing a dirt bike into a high school. The teen’s mom told St. George News the 17-year-old was released yesterday following a stay in the intensive care unit for head and other injuries. Police say the teen crashed into the metal door entrance of Parowan High School on Tuesday while driving at a fast speed. She was treated at the high school but was eventually sent to a hospital in St. George. Police noted she did have protective headgear on at the time of the crash.
