(Salt Lake City, UT) — After weeks of outages, all Utah Medicaid patients should be able to fill their prescriptions. Yesterday, the Utah Department of Health and Human Services reported that Change Healthcare’s system — which had been experiencing the outages — had been restored. Officials say they’ll continue to allow for some flexibilities until the system is entirely up and running again. The outage had prevented Medicaid staff from accessing pharmacy claim information.
