Region 12
NEPHI, Utah-Jessen Barton posted 13 points on 6-10 from the field and the Manti Templars clobbered Juab 64-39 in Region 12 boys basketball play Wednesday at The Pit. Daymon Wright’s 12 points led the Wasps in the loss. Manti improved to 13-4 and 6-1 in Region 12 play. Juab fell to 9-6 and 2-5 in Region 12 competition following Wednesday’s results. Manti returns to action by hosting Delta Friday while Juab visits Emery on Friday as the Region 12 season continues for both squads.
CASTLE DALE, Utah-Luke Justice netted 21 points and the Emery Spartans hammered North Sanpete 75-40 Wednesday in Region 12 boys basketball play at the Spartan Center. Bryce Swapp and Cole Cook had 10 points apiece in the loss for the Hawks.
DELTA, Utah-Miles Barnett stepped up with 19 points and the Richfield Wildcats drilled Delta 59-46 in Region 12 boys basketball play Wednesday at the Palladium. Cai Henderson’s 25 points led the Rabbits in defeat.
Region 15
COALVILLE, Utah-Jake Smith led the way with 13 points and the North Summit Braves hammered North Sevier 63-37 in Region 15 boys basketball play Wednesday. Greyson Bennett’s game-high 18 points led the Wolves in the loss.
GUNNISON, Utah-Parker Crum recorded 19 points and the Duchesne Eagles humbled Gunnison Valley 60-53 Wednesday in Region 15 boys basketball play. Jet Hill led the Bulldogs in the loss with 15 points.
Region 18
KANAB, Utah-Kyle Brown posted 24 points and the Kanab Cowboys pounded Millard 78-54 Wednesday in Region 18 boys basketball play. Derk Memmott led the Eagles with 22 points in defeat.
ENTERPRISE, Utah-Brady Crouch amassed 29 points and the Enterprise Wolves bested Beaver 67-57 in Region 18 boys basketball play Wednesday. Taiven Gillins led the Beavers with 16 points in the loss.
PAROWAN, Utah-Jaggar Redd netted 18 points and 7 rebounds and South Sevier hammered Parowan 69-51 Wednesday in Region 18 boys basketball play in the battle of the Rams. Hunter Bettridge led Parowan in the loss with 22 points.
Region 20
ESCALANTE, Utah-Blake Peterson’s 12 points and 9 rebounds led the way and the Wayne Badgers downed Escalante 56-44 in Region 20 boys basketball play Wednesday. Jaken Cottam led the Moquis with a game-high 26 points in the loss.
PANGUITCH, Utah-Daxtyn Miller’s 18 points and 6 rebounds led the way as the Panguitch Bobcats surged past Piute 56-42 Wednesday in Region 20 boys basketball play. Jaxon Westwood led the Thunderbirds in defeat with 14 points.
ORDERVILLE, Utah-Zaren Roberts posted 23 points and the Bryce Valley Mustangs upset Valley 52-48 in Region 20 boys basketball play Wednesday. Jace Cox led the Buffalos in defeat with 17 points.
