3A Semifinals @ Zions Bank Stadium

HERRIMAN, Utah-Reggie Hafen completed 16 of 23 passes for a season-best 272 yards and a pair of scores and Beck Giblette added a pair of touchdown runs and an interception as the No. 1 Richfield Wildcats downed No. 4 Canyon View 35-18 Saturday in the 3A state semifinals at Zions Bank Stadium. The Wildcats next face No. 2 Manti in the 3A state championship game Saturday at 7:00 pm at Southern Utah University.

HERRIMAN, Utah-Maison Starkweather completed 25 of 38 passes for 292 yards and three touchdowns and the No. 2 Manti Templars overpowered No. 3 Morgan 35-21 Saturday at Zions Bank Stadium in the 3A state semifinals. Stone Mortensen (3 rec, 102 yards, 2 TD’s) also excelled in victory for Manti. Lincoln Gilson posted 6 receptions for 73 yards and a score in defeat for the Trojans.

2A Semifinals @ Zions Bank Stadium

HERRIMAN, Utah-Parker Snyder completed 16 of 17 passes for 254 yards and three touchdowns as the No. 1 San Juan Broncos routed No. 5 Summit Academy 51-0 Saturday in the 2A state semifinals at Zions Bank Stadium. Snyder added a pair of touchdown runs in the Broncos. San Juan outgained Summit Academy 451-114. San Juan next faces No. 2 South Summit Saturday at 4:00 pm at Southern Utah University for the 2A state championship.

HERRIMAN, Utah-Oscar Dominguez made a 34-yard field goal to pull No. 2 South Summit to a 17-14 win over No. 3 Layton Christian in the 2A state semifinals at Zions Bank Stadium Saturday. Bracken Lassche (17 of 23, 266 yards, 2 TD’s) also excelled in victory for the Wildcats. Trevor Halalilo (23 car, 134 yards, TD) led the Eagles in the loss.
