(Bountiful, UT) — The wife of President Henry B. Eyring, Kathleen Eyring, has died at age 82. Henry B. Eyring is the Second Counselor in the First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He met Kathleen back in 1961 and married her the following year. She was very active in the church, teaching lessons and producing a newsletter for her congregation among other duties. According to the Church, she passed away in Bountiful yesterday morning surrounded by friends and family. Funeral arrangements for Eyring are currently pending.
