FILLMORE, Utah-Kaden Turner (9 of 18, 160 yards, 2 TD’s; TD run) had a strong showing in leading the Millard Eagles to a 49-0 rout of North Sevier as the Eagles soared to a Homecoming win in their 1A North season opener.
The Eagles outgained the Wolves 367-165 with Lincoln Fullmer (15 car, 145 yards, TD) and Sam Rasmussen (8 touches, 115 scrimmage yards, rush TD, rec TD) also excelling for Millard.
Morgan Tingey (43-yard touchdown reception, TD run) and Hunter Ashworth (49-yard interception return for a score) also stepped up for the Eagles in the win.
James Crowley ran for 104 yards on 10 carries (10.4 yards per run) in the loss for the Wolves.
With the win, Millard improved to 3-4 and 1-0 in 1A North play on the season while North Sevier fell to 1-6 and 0-2 in 1A North play.
GUNNISON, Utah-Parker Crum threw two touchdown passes and ran for two more scores as the Duchesne Eagles surged past Gunnison Valley 43-28 in 1A North play Friday. Tyson Tucker ran for two scores and Andres Valencia and Pearson Judy each added a touchdown run in the loss for the Bulldogs.
3A South
RICHFIELD, Utah-Reggie Hafen threw a pair of touchdown passes and the Richfield Wildcats pulverized Carbon 51-3 in 3A South play Friday. Gage Yardley, Beck Giblette and Kade Rollins added touchdown runs in victory for Richfield. Justin Raisor also added a 33-yard field goal in the win for the Wildcats.
NEPHI, Utah-Austin Park threw three touchdown passes and the Juab Wasps blitzed North Sanpete 35-17 Friday in 3A South play. Ryan Robison added a 58-yard touchdown run for Juab and Porter Jackson returned an interception 5 yards for another score for the Wasps. Carson Cook threw a touchdown pass and ran for another score and Rafael Contreras nailed a 27-yard field goal attempt in the loss for the Hawks.
MANTI, Utah-Maison Starkweather threw three touchdown passes and ran for four more scores as the Manti Templars outgunned Canyon View 61-40 in 3A South play Friday. Bo Stevens ran for two more touchdowns in victory for the Templars as Manti celebrated Homecoming with a key win. Jaxon Jensen threw three touchdown passes in defeat for the Falcons.
2A South
MONROE, Utah-Parker Snyder tossed four touchdown passes and the San Juan Broncos decimated South Sevier 64-0 Friday in 2A South play. Zack Conway added four touchdown runs and Jaiten Knight recorded a 7-yard touchdown run in the rout for the Broncos.
MOAB, Utah-Hunt Robinson threw four touchdown passes and ran for another score as the Delta Rabbits pounded Grand 34-0 in 2A South play Friday.
1A South
PAROWAN, Utah-Drey Stubbs had scoring runs of 58 and 5 yards and the Kanab Cowboys lassoed the Parowan Rams 48-0 in 1A South play Friday. Griffen Bone, Maddex Bone and Rider Allen added touchdown runs for the Cowboys. Wyatt Orton returned a fumble 27 yards for a score and Kash Kabonic hauled in a 26-yard touchdown pass from Brogen Virostko in victory for the Cowboys.
ENTERPRISE, Utah-Ryker Phillips tossed a touchdown pass and ran for another score as the Enterprise Wolves waxed Milford 29-13 Friday in 1A South play. Kielen Tsosie threw two touchdown passes in the loss for the Tigers.

BEAVER, Utah-Bodie Wheatley threw a pair of touchdown passes and the Beaver Beavers routed North Summit 29-2 Friday in non-region football action. Tavyn Hollingshead and Tate Gale added touchdown runs in the win for the Beavers.
Baseball
Pinnacle Tournament @ Price
PRICE, Utah-The Bryce Valley Mustangs pounded Pinnacle 12-0 Friday at the Pinnacle Tournament.
PRICE, Utah-The Piute Thunderbirds clobbered Pinnacle 23-2 at the Pinnacle Tournament Friday.
PRICE, Utah-Luke Andrus and Antonio Moreno drove in three runs apiece and the Bryce Valley Mustangs waxed Green River 11-1 Friday at the Pinnacle Tournament. Mason Ahlstrom, Cooper Owens, Clay Gray, Rocco Perez and Ryker Chynoweth also drove in a run apiece in the win for the Mustangs.
PRICE, Utah-Daxton Miller earned the win on the mound and the Panguitch Bobcats routed Valley 14-1 at the Pinnacle Tournament Friday.

PANGUITCH, Utah-The Panguitch Bobcats dismantled Tabiona 3-0 Friday in non-region volleyball play. The Bobcats prevailed 25-18, 25-17, 25-13 for the straight sets victory.
