EPHRAIM, Utah-Donovan Smith completed 16 of 29 passes for 324 yards and 2 touchdowns as the No. 9 Snow Badgers routed the St. George Eagles 49-3 in non-conference action Saturday at Stoddard Field at Terry Foote Stadium. AJ Tillman added 92 yards and 2 scores on 13 carries in the rout for the Badgers, who outgained the Eagles 516-239. Amir McGruder (3 rec, 111 yards, 2 TD’s) also had a strong showing in victory for Snow. AJ McCarroll kicked a 40-yard field goal in the loss for the Eagles. The 2-1 Badgers return to action September 23 at Dodge City (Kan.) following a bye next week.
Men’s Soccer

HENDERSON, Nev.-Enrique Reyes-Avila scored twice and the Southern Nevada Coyotes upset No. 15 Snow 3-1 Saturday in SWAC men’s soccer play. Wolfgang Alvarado also scored in victory for the Coyotes. Luis Pantoja scored in the loss for the Badgers.

HENDERSON, Nev.-Riley Cardenas, Layla Faught and Jenna Garcia each scored and the Southern Nevada Coyotes upset No. 14 Snow in SWAC women’s soccer play Saturday. Olivia Kaneen and Emily Morrill scored in defeat for the Badgers.
