Ephraim City undergoes staff changes

Last week Ephraim City Manager Shaun Kjar announced he would be leaving his position to join the Six County Association as the business manager. Kjar’s main responsibility will be overseeing an agri-tech park that will process meat and other agricultural products locally. The city announced that police chief Aaron Broomhead would become the interim city manager while the city conducts a search for a permanent replacement. Broomhead plans on retiring in January of 2024. Taking Broomheads place as police chief will be Lt. Colby Zeeman who’s been with the department since 2017.
