LOGAN, Utah-Per Friday news, former Utah State standout forward Taylor Funk joined the Miami Heat for the Summer League.

Funk, who played for the Aggies last season after transferring from Saint Joseph’s of Philadelphia, posted 13.4 points and 5.5 rebounds per game last season at Utah State.

Prior to his time with the Aggies, Funk averaged 12 points and 5.6 rebounds per game for the Hawks.
