Troy Madsen and Kayson Bailey drove in three runs apiece in the loss for the Templars. Juab next plays in the state quarterfinals Friday at 4:30 pm at Gates Field at Kearns High School against No. 2 Carbon. Manti next plays No. 6 Juan Diego in the one-loss bracket Friday at 11:00 am at Kearns High School.

PROVO, Utah-The No. 6 Kanab Cowboys dismantled No. 2 Enterprise 6-2 at Miller Park in the 2A state quarterfinals Thursday.

PROVO, Utah-Jake Ivins, Talon Mendoza and Cooper Palmer each drove in a pair of runs and the No. 5 San Juan Broncos ended No. 7 Gunnison Valley’s season with a 6-5 win over the Bulldogs Thursday in the one-loss bracket at Miller Park.
