2A East

GUNNISON, Utah-Colter King, Jake Sorenson, Kyler Cox, Peyton Sanders and Easton Newman each drove in a run and the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs outlasted North Summit 9-7 Tuesday in 2A East baseball action. Zack Brackett posted eight strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Bulldogs. Cutler Blonquist’s three RBI led the Braves in defeat.

Softball

Region 12

RICHFIELD, Utah-Gracie Burt homered twice and Kaylee Quintanilla also went yard as the Canyon View Falcons routed Richfield 20-0 in Region 12 softball play Tuesday. Elli John posted two strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Falcons.

Region 14

MANTI, Utah-Cecily Osborn and Alivya Osborn each homered and the Manti Templars clobbered Juab 14-0 in Region 14 softball play Tuesday. HayLee Daniels added three RBI in victory for Manti. Daniels added two strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win in the circle for Manti.

Non-Region

SPANISH FORK, Utah-Tyler Miramontes and Indigo North each drove in a pair of runs and the North Sanpete Hawks routed Class 5A Maple Mountain 10-3 Tuesday in non-region softball play. Paeton Johnson netted four strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Hawks.

GUNNISON, Utah-The Gunnison Valley Bulldogs blanked Parowan 1-0 Tuesday in 2A South boys soccer play.

MONROE, Utah-The Beaver Beavers routed South Sevier 7-2 in 2A South boys soccer play Tuesday.

RICHFIELD, Utah-The Manti Templars pounded Richfield 8-0 in non-region boys soccer play Tuesday.
