EPHRAIM, Utah-Caitlin Covington and Jocelyn Shupp each homered and the Southern Nevada Coyotes earned a split against Snow Saturday with a 7-6 victory. Laynee Anzalone posted seven strikeouts in seven innings of work to record the win in the circle for the Coyotes. McCall Maxfield drove in two runs in the loss for the Badgers. Southern Nevada improves to 15-11 and 7-5 in SWAC play in victory. The Badgers fell to 10-5 and 2-2 in SWAC play with the loss.

Andrea Sweat posted four strikeouts in five innings of work for Snow to earn the win in the circle for the Badgers. Kayley Cole, Jocelyn Shupp and Taylor Hendricks had 2 RBI apiece in the loss for the Coyotes.
