Region 12
RICHFIELD, Utah-Gage Brower recorded 21 points on seven 3-pointers and the Richfield Wildcats decimated Grand 74-34 in Region 12 boys basketball action Friday. JT Dowd led the Red Devils in defeat with 12 points.
Region 14
DELTA, Utah-Austin Park posted 22 points and 5 assists on 8-10 from the field and the Juab Wasps routed Delta 64-41 in Region 14 boys basketball action Friday at the Palladium. The Wasps shot 57 percent (24-42) from the field in victory as Juab improved to 10-2 and 2-0 in region play. Cai Henderson led the Rabbits in the loss with 13 points as the Rabbits fell to 2-12 and 0-2 in region play.
MANTI, Utah-Dylan Anderson led the way with 20 points and the Manti Templars downed Union 77-41 Friday in Region 14 boys basketball play. Cooper Berlin led the Cougars in the loss with 11 points.
Region 16
FILLMORE, Utah-Hunter Rhodes netted 21 points and the Millard Eagles pounded Gunnison Valley 73-50 in Region 16 boys basketball play Friday. Carter Hill’s 10 points led the Bulldogs in defeat.
Girls Basketball
Region 19
MONROE, Utah-Danzee Bradshaw posted 20 points and the Beaver Beavers stymied South Sevier 55-45 Friday in Region 19 girls basketball play. Kinley Jenson led the Rams in the loss with 14 points.
KANAB, Utah-Rylee Little netted 20 points and the Kanab Lady Cowboys improved to 13-0 by routing Parowan 54-32 Friday in Region 19 girls basketball play. Bella Johnson led the Rams in defeat with 10 points.
Non-Region
SPRINGVILLE, Utah-Rilee Dyreng’s 28 points led the way and the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs hammered Merit 65-45 Friday in non-region girls basketball action. Lizabeth Diaz led the Knights in the loss with 14 points.
