(Salt Lake City, UT) — It looks like Utah State Legislature members are considering banning cell phone use in classrooms. Members are drafting bills in response to research that found social media can drastically impact children’s mental health. Representative Lee said if passed, kids would be able to use their phones in case of emergencies.
