(Salt Lake City, UT) — A Utah nonprofit is getting a big contribution to help in its mission to preserve affordable housing around the state. The Utah Housing Preservation Fund is getting ten-million dollars from American Express National Bank. The group says the money will help preserve more than 100 affordable housing units in Utah. The UHPF works with communities, other nonprofits, banks and donors to help buy, remodel and maintain properties with affordable rents.
