(Salt Lake City, UT) — A group that opposes the use of political office to undermine elections has filed an ethics complaint against Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes. The 65 Project filed the complaint against Reyes with the Utah Office of Professional Conduct last week. The group says Reyes has used his office to amplify false claims, especially related to accusations the 2020 election was somehow stolen from former President Donald Trump. Reyes has declined to comment on the complaint, but his office noted that a similar complaint was dismissed last year.
