GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.-Reese Alexia and Brian Danser homered and the Ogden Raptors downed Grand Junction 7-4 Thursday in Pioneer League play at Suplizio Field.

Jake Mulholland posted the win on the mound for the Raptors to improve to 2-0 on the season.

Nico Popa homered in defeat for the Rockies.

The Raptors improved to 37-24 on the season and 8-7 in the second half of the season.

The Rockies fell to 35-26 and 11-4 in the second half of the season as Ogden currently leads Grand Junction by two games in the Pioneer League South Division.

The Rockies and Raptors return to action Friday at 5:35 pm at Suplizio Field.
