(St. George, UT) — Lawmakers have passed the Utah Film Production Incentives Amendments bill, which doubles current tax breaks and incentives for TV and movie production. To get the incentives, crews need to hire locally and within Utah. Kane County Film Commissioner Kelly Stowell says the bill will have a considerable impact and adds rural Utah can become a major player in movies.
