(Salt Lake City, UT) — The state judicial system is inviting the public to comment on the seven nominees for a vacancy on the Utah Supreme Court. Justice Constandinos Himonas is stepping down from the court today after six years. The appellate nominating commission released a list of the nominees yesterday, and it includes three state appeals court judges, two district court judges and a BYU law professor. Written comments about the nominees will be accepted through March 11th.
