RICHFIELD, Utah-Saturday, Millard and Panguitch boys wrestling won the 2A and 1A state championships respectively at the Sevier Valley Center.

The Millard Eagles posted 308.5 points to win the 2A state title. This was Millard’s 19th all-time state title in wrestling. The Eagles have won wrestling state titles in 1939, 1941, 1954, 1994, 1998, 1999, 2001-2010, 2012, 2013, 2019 and 2022.

Panguitch has now won three consecutive state wrestling titles in 1A. This is the Bobcats’ 5th all-time state wrestling crown. The Bobcats have won state wrestling titles in 1997 and 2020-2022.
