HURRICANE, Utah-Mike McKeever and Andres Falaschini had 15 points apiece and the Diamond Ranch Diamondbacks surged past Wayne 55-40 in Region 20 boys basketball play Thursday. Jake Batty had 12 points for the Badgers in the loss.

ROOSEVELT, Utah-The Union Cougars built an 18-9 lead after the 1st Quarter and bested North Sanpete 43-32 Thursday in Region 14 girls basketball play.

SALINA, Utah-Brooklyn Butler posted 19 points and the North Sevier Wolves bested Millard 43-35 Thursday in Region 16 girls basketball play. Itzel Munoz had 9 points in defeat for the Eagles.
GUNNISON, Utah-The Duchesne Eagles raced out to an 18-5 lead in the 1st Quarter en route to a 59-45 dismantling of Gunnison Valley in Region 16 girls basketball play Thursday.
Region 18
EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah-Greta Robinson netted 17 points and the Rockwell Marshals pummeled Wasatch Academy 68-22 in Region 18 girls basketball play Thursday. Marion Ooma and Olivia McIff had 6 points apiece in the loss for the Tigers.

BEAVER, Utah-Kenzlee Carter led the way with 12 points and the Beaver Beavers routed Kanab 41-23 Thursday in Region 19 girls basketball play. Grayce Glover had 9 points for the Lady Cowboys in the loss.
