CEDAR CITY, Utah-Tuesday, Southern Utah University men’s basketball senior guard Tevian Jones has been named the ROAR Organic Big Sky Conference Player of the Week.

Jones posted 25.5 points and 10 rebounds per game in the Thunderbirds’ wins over Portland State and Northern Arizona.

Jones is averaging 15.2 points and 5 rebounds per game for the Thunderbirds who are 13-6 (7-2 in Big Sky Conference play) on the season.

SUU returns to action by hosting Idaho on Thursday and Eastern Washington on Saturday.
