(Salt Lake City, UT) – The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources is urging residents to be on the lookout for moose becoming more aggressive. DWR has reported 11 incidents involving moose since January 9th, including one where UHP had to close I-80 in Parleys Canyon to catch two animals that had run onto the highway. DWR says moose may be coming into populated areas searching for food after recent snowstorms.
