Lee Sponsoring Bill To Address Supply Chain Issues By Relaxing Federal Regulations

(Washington, DC) — Senator Mike Lee says Congress should take a hand in resolving supply chain issues currently affecting the United States. The Utah Republican is sponsoring a bill that would temporarily relax some federal regulations related to U.S. ports and shipping. Lee says the bill could get products off of stranded ships and into U.S. stores in time for Christmas. The bill has a long formal title, but its sponsors are calling it the STOP the GRINCH Act.
