(Washington, DC) – Utah Congressman Jason Chaffetz is satisfied with his meeting with the government’s top ethics official. Chaffetz and other members of the House Oversight Committee had a private meeting with the director of the Office of Government Ethics yesterday. Chaffetz had criticized the director and the agency for comments about President Trump that he said were partisan and unprofessional. Chaffetz called yesterday’s meeting productive, saying it allowed everyone to clear the air and have better communication in the future.Â
