(Springdale, UT) — A 71-year-old man missing for several days at Zion National Park has been found. John Burg was last seen on Tuesday at a hotel in Kanab and was thought to be hiking the Canyon Overlook Trail. Park officials say Burg was able to call 911 on Friday, allowing searchers to target specific areas of the park. He was found above Lodge Canyon Saturday afternoon and was taken to a hospital in St. George to be treated for unspecified injuries.
