Four Delta, Utah, residents found their way to the inside of the Millard County Jail last Friday. According to the Millard County Sheriff’s Office, deputies found meth, the spoils of recent burglaries, drug paraphernalia and evidence of identity fraud after serving a warrant at a Delta home. 28-year-old Zachary Tucker Young, 49-year-old Richard John Sheltra, 53-year-old Anthony Allen Harris, and 57-year-old Candice G. Riding were booked into the jail.
