ROOSEVELT, Utah-The Union Cougars waxed Delta 3-0 Thursday in Region 14 volleyball action. The Cougars prevailed over the Rabbits 25-14, 25-19, 25-14.
MANTI, Utah-The Juab Wasps drilled Manti 3-1 in Region 14 volleyball play Thursday. The Wasps humbled the Templars, 23-25, 28-26, 25-17, 25-20.
Region 16
GUNNISON, Utah-The Gunnison Valley Bulldogs downed Duchesne 3-0 in Region 16 volleyball play Thursday. The Bulldogs prevailed over the Eagles 25-12, 25-17, 25-14.
FILLMORE, Utah-The Millard Eagles waxed North Sevier 3-1 Thursday in Region 16 volleyball play. The Eagles prevailed over the Wolves 21-25, 25-17, 25-19, 25-14.
Region 19
PAROWAN, Utah-The Kanab Lady Cowboys gashed Parowan 3-0 Thurday in Region 19 volleyball action. Kanab prevailed over the Rams 25-14, 25-18, 25-14.
Non-Region
PRICE, Utah-The Carbon Dinos stonewalled North Sanpete 3-1 Thursday in non-region volleyball play. The Dinos waxed the Hawks 18-25, 25-18, 25-19, 25-20.

MOAB, Utah-The Richfield Wildcats scored three goals in the first half en route to a 4-0 win over Grand County in Region 12 girls soccer action.
Region 14
DELTA, Utah-Delta scored two goals in the second half to break a halftime tie and beat Union 3-2 Thursday in Region 14 girls soccer action.
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-The Juab Wasps shutout North Sanpete 2-0 Thursday in Region 14 girls soccer action.

BEAVER, Utah-Karlee Wood posted five goals and the Parowan Rams routed Beaver 8-0 in 2-A South girls soccer play Thursday.
GUNNISON, Utah-The San Juan Broncos doubled up Gunnison Valley 4-2 Thursday in 2A South Region girls soccer action.
Boys Golf
Region 12
STERLING, Utah-The Richfield Wildcats prevailed in a Region 12 boys golf tournament Thursday at Palisade State Park. The Wildcats shot 317 as a team to place first, Carbon came in second with a 341, followed by Emery’s 356, Grand shot a 358 and Canyon View finished fifth with a 377.
Individually Carbon’s Bode Salas placed first with a 75. Richfield’s Keaton Anderson was second with a 77, his teammate Jaygen Mullen was third with a 78 and a third Wildcat, Gage Brower tied for fourth with Grand’s Wyatt Toney with a 79.
