The Millard County Sheriff’s Office made a large drug bust after one of their detectives recognized a wanted man in Fillmore.
According to the Millard County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, Central Utah Narcotics Task Force Detectives recognized James Michael Miller, 31, as a passenger in a car driving around the Fillmore area. Utah Highway Patrol Troopers stopped the vehicle and found Miller, Jeremy Randy Roberts and Christopher Lee Farrell, 31. Detectives found a number of hash oil edibles as well as scales, drug paraphernalia, and methamphetamine.
Detectives continued to investigate and obtained a search warrant at a home in Kanosh. Task Force detectives, Millard County Deputies, and officers from Adult Probation and Parole searched the home. The officers uncovered evidence of marijuana cultivation, hash oil production equipment, methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Detectives recovered various items used to grow marijuana such as grow lights, marijuana seeds and many marijuana plants in different stages of processing. Julie Hare, 49, was at the home during the investigation. All the suspects have been booked in the Millard County Jail.
