(Cedar City, UT)  –  Investigators accuse a 42-year-old man of physically abusing three children, including hitting one with a cast iron pan on the head.  Investigators say the children, ages 16, 15, and 12, told them Josh Kern repeatedly struck them with belts and other hard objects.  Kern allegedly hit the youngest with the pan at one point as well.  Investigators did not say if the children are his.  He remains behind bars on a child abuse charge in Cedar City.  The kids have been moved to an undisclosed location, according to The Spectrum. Â
