Ten young ladies from Sevier County will be competing to represent the county at the Miss Sevier County scholarship pageant on Saturday June 5. Participants include Aubrey Torgersen, Rachel Krueger, Aubree Robinson, Millie Ice, Bella Bagley, Tricia Thalman, Kinley Adams, Gillyin Jenson, Shaylee Jackman and Sierra Lani Gleave. Each of the girls has developed a platform and will present a talent. This year the new queen will receive $3,000, first attendant will receive $1,500 and second attendant will receive $1,000. The pageant is set to begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Sevier Valley Center. Tickets will be available at the door for $5 and kids 5 and under get in free.
