Approximately 300 horses, primarily six years old and younger, will be available for adoption on Saturday, April 22 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This will be the first opportunity the public will have to adopt one of these beautifully colored horses. Facility gates will open at 9 a.m. with viewing until 10 a.m. Competitive bidding will begin at 10 a.m. with all remaining animals available on a first come, first served basis following at 11 a.m. Adoption fee begins at $125, then Adopt-a-Buddy for $25, to qualified adopters.
The facility is located approximately four miles north of West Main Street in Delta, Utah at 600 North 400 West in Delta, Utah.
Animals not adopted will be made available to Trainer Incentive Program (TIP) trainers starting on Monday, April 24 at 9 a.m. Appointments are suggested to ensure availability of staffing to assist in the adoption process.
