(Cedar City, UT)  –  A man remains behind bars this morning after SWAT teams were called to his home last week and he fired off gunshots while on the phone with a police chief.  Investigators say Christopher Lescoe made threats to police on social media Thursday but they didn’t take him into custody after they sent a SWAT team to his home in Brian Head that night.  Police say on Saturday Lescoe fired off a magazine’s worth of ammunition while on the phone with Cedar City police chief Darin Adams.  Lescoe is behind bars on half a dozen felony discharge of a firearms counts.
