The 6-7 185-pound small forward posted 16.2 points and 4.9 rebounds per game last season for the Badgers, while shooting 80 percent at the foul line.
Wagstaff starred at Olympus High School of Holladay, Utah and also spent time at Utah Valley University before playing for the Badgers.
