(Iron County, UT)  –  More than 40 acres near the mouth of a popular canyon for hiking in Iron County are now in the hands of the Bureau of Land Management.  The agency announced yesterday they paid 660-thousand dollars for the land at the trailhead of Kanarra Creek.  The “Salt Lake Tribune” reports the trail is used by about 40-thousand hikers every year. Â
