(Salt Lake City, UT)  –  Already behind bars for enticing a minor, Governor Gary Herbert’s half-brother faces new charges for allegedly sexually abusing a young girl.  Investigators say Paul Peters was dating the victim’s mother when the abuse happened over a three-year period ending in 2002.  “The Salt Lake Tribune” reports Peters is facing nearly a dozen charges in the case, including rape and aggravated sexual abuse of a child.  The girl was under the age of 12 at the time of the reported abuse.  Peters is already serving an up to five-year sentence after he tried to entice what he thought was a 13-year-old girl online but was actually a police officer. Â
