State officials are reminding Utahns that the Great Utah Shake-Out is scheduled to take place Thursday, April 20. The annual earthquake drill will begin at 10:15 a.m.. Sanpete County and Sevier county will sound their “Shelter in Place†siren with a hi-low tone. The Sanpete County Sheriff’s Office, Snow College and some of the schools will participate by conducting drills and having discussions on what to do in an earthquake. The Sevier County Sheriff’s Office will conduct test exercises at the Sevier County Jail. There will be a Citizen Corps conference from 9-3 at Snow College on Saturday. You can find more information at shakeout.org/utah
