Just before 1:00 p.m. on Apr. 26, Utah Highway Patrol received a call about a semi trailer fire in Salina Canyon.
A semi truck that was hauling cheese had its trailer brakes overheat and catch fire, destroying the trailer and its contents. The driver was able to unhook his truck and there were no injuries.
Fire crews were working to put out the fire for over two hours.
