(Salt Lake City, UT) —Joe Johnson and Rodney Hood are gone for the Utah Jazz. The Jazz dealt both yesterday in a three-team trade with the Cavaliers and Kings. Hood went to Cleveland and Johnson landed in Sacramento. Utah acquired forward Jae Crowder and Derrick Rose from Cleveland in the deal. The 27-year-old Crowder has averaged 8.9 points and 3.8 rebounds in six seasons. Multiple reports state the Jazz plan to waive Rose.
