Bees Enjoying All-Star Break while the Owlz Win, Raptors Fall

(Salt Lake City, UT) — The Salt Lake Bees are off for the All-Star break. The Bees are back on the diamond Thursday when they open a four-game series with the Sacramento River Cats. At 49-and-41, the Bees are in first place in the PCL Pacific Southern.

Elsewhere in minor league baseball, the Owlz doubled up the Idaho Falls Chukars, 8-4, in Orem. The Owlz are off to a 16-and-6 start to the season. The Ogden Raptors suffered an 8-5 road loss to the Grand Junction Rockies. The Raptors are 11-and-11 on the year.
